Widyawan & Partners strengthen dispute resolution and employment & incentives practices with hire of Narendra Adiyasa
Widyawan & Partners today announced that Narendra Adiyasa has joined as a partner to lead the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Employment & Incentives practices.
Narendra joins from Hiswara Bunjamin & Tandjung, the Indonesian associate firm of Herbert Smith Freehills, where he led their dispute resolution and employment practices.
Narendra is an Indonesia-qualified dispute resolution and employment and incentives lawyer who focuses on representing the interests of foreign parties in Indonesian litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, as well as helping clients with contingency planning and crisis management in relation to strikes, health & safety breaches, termination of employment, internal regulatory investigations and other employment-related issues.
