Our Indonesia practice includes capital markets lawyers licensed by the Indonesia Financial Service Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan or OJK), and we are able to advise (and are experienced in advising) on public takeovers, insider trading and other regulations affecting listed companies.
We have acted on behalf of issuers, arrangers and underwriters of many debt and equity issues in Indonesia, including IPOs, secondary offerings, mutual funds, convertible bonds, note issues, swap transactions and other derivative products.
A key strength of our practice is the ability to offer a global team combining technical expertise and wealth of experience with regular contact with listing authorities and regulators.
