Widyawan & Partners’ Narendra Adiyasa elected as member of the ICC Court
Litigation, arbitration & investigations (LAI) partner Narendra Adiyasa has been elected as member of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Court for the mandate 2024-2027. This appointment was announced alongside the re-election of the ICC Court President and new ICC Court composition. The new Court features 191 members from 119 countries, including seven new vice-presidents and 121 new members.
Narendra has extensive experience in representing the interests of foreign parties in Indonesian litigation, arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) proceedings, across a wide range of sectors, including energy & resources, manufacturing and financial institutions.
